Due to the nature of our merchandise, we accept no returns. Our policy is to exchange or offer store credit only for hand-crafted jewelry that does have a functional defect up to 30 days after purchase date. Please note that all sale items are sold as is with NO returns. All items rhinestone or crystal embellished are sold as is with NO returns. Most of my pieces are one-of-a-kind items and stones differ individually. Different shapes and sizes give personality and uniqueness to each piece. Authorized refunds and exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees and return fees are not refundable. Free shipping offers are not valid when making an exchange, so while you may not be charged at checkout, shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
